Grøvlen is a acclaimed pianist. He made his debut with the Broadcasting Orchestra in 2019 and with the Opera Orchestra in 2020. Grøvlen is the recipient of the Robert Levin Prize, the Léonie Sonning Talent Prize and the Statens Kunstnerstipend. 

From 2020 he has been the Director of the three Composers' Homes in Kode.

A special concert menu is offered in the café from 12:00-15:00.
